Reminds me of the great choice you get to make with Hawkgirl's Hawk Swoop (I love you, Hawkgirl!).

Master Martial Artist
I've seen this with Psylocke, which looks like a cool ability.

Final Thoughts
Since two of the abilities are already vetted, there's not much for me to add. All of the abilities really fit for a Martial Artist. That inspires me to try my hand at a custom of my own:

I think Deathwalker is undervaluing the amount of damage adding one autoskull can do to your attacks.

Yeah, an attack of 2 with an auto skull is like an attack of 4. While you won't get 4 skulls, you'll never whiff, should average 2 skulls still as with a 4 die attack. Adding auto skull to 4 attack is like an attack of 6 dice and should average 3 without ever whiffing. Auto skulls also keep you from whiffing against someone with Counterstrike, which can be nasty. Add to that, he can move through people and attack. His counterstrike should also dish some wounds. Pair him with some ranged units to take care of the units that could exploit his vulnerability to range, and he can take care of the groundpounders.

Besides, so far in testing he's proven to be pretty dangerous.
