Character Bio - Tandy Bowen is half of the vigilante duo known as Cloak & Dagger. After a drug-related experiment awakened her powers, she became the personification of light, able to generate light and use it to form 6-inch light daggers which she can throw from her fingertips. Tandy has a limited ability to control their flight and reinforce them by compelling them to seek targets. Those hit by these knives have their own life-force disrupted. Dagger can then drain a portion of their life-force; enough to kill if she wishes. Normally she chooses to leave them in a state of shock where they will see a vision of how their life might be different. The experience is powerful enough to make most individuals rethink their choices, although a hardened criminal or evil being is unlikely to change their ways.

LIGHT DAGGERS SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 5. Attack 1.
Androids, destructible objects, and Undead figures are not affected by this special attack. Dagger does not require clear sight on the targeted figure. Figures cannot roll defense dice against this special attack. If a Unique Hero receives one or more wounds from this special attack, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 15 or higher, you may remove one Order Marker at random from that Unique Hero's Army Card. When Dagger attacks with this special attack, she may attack one additional time. She cannot attack the same figure more than once.

Nice, elegant, straightforward design. Not too much to wrap our minds around, but she looks like she'll be fun and a good addition to Luke Cage/Spider-man builds, which is always nice.

I need to design her before I can get to Cloak, I have good stuff planned for Cloak that will definitely make her draft-able and almost a requirement with him. I'd be happy to PM any of you my plans for Cloak if you find this design lacking and need something to look forward to.

Pretty much all her comic images with her throwing her light daggers are like that.

Man, I'm taking a look and you're not lying. Her costume makes Emma Frost look conservative!

They have special tape for that ... but I doubt it'd hold up in battle conditions. Must be mystical.

Well that would be good to see. Does Cloak have a power on his card that lets Dagger use her Light Daggers that drains lifeforce and can go where she directs them?

Where did the inspiration for Acrobatic Maneuver come from? It can't be strictly from being a dancer and having ballet training. It's got to be from something else. I think Sensory Assault makes sense since she learned to fight blind before, so that makes sense for sure. But wasn't sure about the dancing training turning her into super acrobat being able to leap 6 levels and whatnot
