I don't think the Warehouses are meant to be included. It's really just the bases you're using. I don't think the program has any way of representing this.

Go for it mate, it's yours to do with what you want. I just had the idea of an alteration to your map. There isn't anything wrong with what you had. So if you want to use it, modify it, or ignore it, that is all fine by me.
