How do you create a list hidden as a spoiler alert?

OK definately feeling like a noob and I went through 'how to use this site' but, I cant work out how to create a 'hidden spoiler list' in my signature so I can put up my trade list.

I must be missing something (like a brain) because everybody else seems to have the 'spolier alert' list.

So would somebody please help...

They are done using "tags" before and after the text (special words inside brackets). Since seeing is better than me trying to write it all out, just click the "quote" button in the lower right corner of this post and then look at the items below.

1. item 1
2. item 2
3. etc.

• item 1
• item 2
• etc.
