Heroscape's VERSUS - Round 6

[The Deadliest Warrior]

Round 5's battle:

The dark swamp was misty and quiet. Sloshing footsteps announce the passage of Kee-Mo-Shi scuttling through after a nightly patrol. She chitters rapidly to herself inn her odd Marro language and thrusts her wicked war-staff in the air in her boredom.

Suddenly, a blur of green motion leaps from the tall rushes and tackles the war-witch to the ground. Kee-Mo-Shi shrieks angrily and stabs up at her attacker, penetrating flesh. The Venoc Warlord was not injured greivously, however, and knocks the spear aside angrily, hissing in fury.

Kee-Mo-Shi gazes deep into the eyes of her attacker, penetrating into the farthest recesses of his mind, hoping to Mind-Shackle him. Venoc Warlord furiously looks away and slashes with his vicious claws, causing cuts across Kee-Mo-Shi's face. She feels blood seep from her cheeks, grabs her spear, and leaps at the attacking Viper.

Venoc Warlord slithers low under the spear and grabs onto the war-witch, but fallsback in pain from her toxic skin. His scales turn a sickly brown and begin to rot off, and the Warlord knows he must finish what he has started.

Kee-Mo-Shi lifts up her spear for the final finishing blow, but the Venoc Walord propells himself high into the air and lands down on Kee-Mo-Shi's face, teeth ripping messily everywhere. Kee-Mo-Shi's body drops like a stone in the murky bog and a dull splash is heard as she hits the earth.

The Venoc Warlord slithers away undistubed, his assassination mission a complete success. Ullar will be pleased, he thought, and disappeared from view.

WINNER: Kee-Mo-Shi never stood a chance against Mittens' rabid fan club (et tu, MegaSilver?) and was slaughtered with 21 votes to Mittens' 28.

AND NOW ROUND 6 OF HEROSCAPE VERSUS!

The rules are simple and the battles are brutal.

RULES

1: Two Heroscape figures (Hero or Squad) battle a figure of equal classification (so it's either hero vs. Hero or Squad vs. Squad)

2: You all go wild on a debate for your favorite figure that you want to win (regardless if they would win in "real 'Scape-life or not - this is for fun)

3: I tally the votes and write a battle sequence with the winner slaying the other in an epic battle!

Since I elected my two favorite squads, I don't know who to vote for.

Hmmm....I guess I'll go with Stingers, since they were my first favorite squad (and I'm 4-1 with them in tourneys, whereas I'm only 1-2 with Minions).

Plus the Stingers have Range...

but that won't matter with the Minions' 6 defense!
