I saw this when you had uploaded it into the gallery.
It looks like a great map for the Lizard to conduct his genetics research in. Spidey could be on hand to stop him when he goes on a rampage, and Civilians could represent lab techs who have to be kept safe.
Dr. Doom could try to steal Conners' research to help design an ideal Latverian race.

This looks fun with the separate areas to battle it out. I really like how diamond shaped maps funnel the action into the middle.

This completely reminds me of Swamp Thing. After looking a the map and reading the bio, I am assuming you are trying to go for a Swamp Thing theme, especially since you were the LD on Swamp Thing.

Plus the grass space on the wall walk is perfect for The Green.

Inside the lab.

Aesthetically I think the map is rather nice, save for a few personal complaints.



It's a little hard to tell, but here the swamp water is on the same level as the castle base without connecting to it. This is also noticable the next level up. Again, merely a personal complaint.

I expect I shall play a couple games on it tonight, one with glyphs and one without. I'm not sure the glyph of superspeed will be enough to draw attention away from the lab, but we'll see.
