Interesting ideas here.The whole "Deathwalker Fusion" has me a bit confused, but over all good job.

Deathwalker 10,000 was an idea from my friend, he wanted them to combine in order to create and ULTRA explosion.

How does the fusion work if you screw up your D20 roll? Can you still fuse afterwards. For example, you mess up and only can fuse DW7K. The other 2 are just there now. How will that work?

With Commisioner Jarek, he can't only let them move if you want to attack as well. You would have to say:
Before taking a turn with Commisioner Jarek, you may move 3 Imperial Guardsmen you control as well as take a turn with 3 more Imperial Guardmen you control.

Several clever ideas!

Basically you can fuse with any of them at a time. Say you can only get adjacent with one then you would have to roll the required amount. Obviously you would want them all adjacent at once and get them all in one roll. If you can only get 1 or 2 then you only fuse with those and the other sits out until the next attempt.

I had a little trouble with the Commissar's ability, I wasn't sure how to word that one, thanks for the help.

How does an "uncommon squad" work? Also you should bolden the names of the abilities on commisioner Jarek. My favorite is by far the deathwalker 10k. That's just plain brilliant.

The way I figure, the same way an uncommon hero does. They act as a unique unit for everything except army building.
