Smile ORnR's Customs- Pirates, Outlaws, Sci-Fi, Real-life, movies!

A lot done, a lot more on the way!

Custom Generals -

Palpatine General -

Story behind this is that Utgar summoned Emperor Palpatine to Vahalla, but Palpatine wanted to be in command. So, after sneaking a drink of the wellsprings (which supercharged his force powers) Palpatine almost killed the mighty General. Afterwards, the Emperor went on his own, found his own wellspring, and started bringing forth his older apprentices, officers, and soldiers.

The new Empire had arrived.

Gadsar General -

A rogue Valkyrie, he summons forth outlaws and freedom-fighters (in particular from Earth) to help liberate his land from the constant occupation of all the other main Generals.

Now you know the back-story, enjoy the new cards!

Martian Tripod (my WIP for the 500-point figure contest, actual figure is in progress)

I'm debating over which card to use. Which is Better?

Re: Old Rough and Ready's Custom Army Cards

gotta love the sarge!
The others are varying.(note i am no starwars fan so i dont know the factual info on your heroes.)
Darth Vader looks way too tough(especially Lethal Strike comboing with Force Choke)You could technically remove Lethal Strike as it would make Vader impossible to K.O. without roughly 2500 pts(or Morsbane)
3 move could make him a possible ranging target but as Lightsaber Deflection has 25% chance to stop the attack or reverse it on a really lucky 20Die roll.5 defense and 9 life doesn't help matters either.
The Battle Droids are 100% underpriced.Bonding with any hero along with gaining a secong race that has benefits and being able to shoot...I'd say around 35-45pts at best...
Han Solo's wording for run and gun is perfect though humorously out of super technical terms
Ive seen a lot of Star Wars fanfare and paid it no mind but these just grabbed my attention!Good Job!

Re: Old Rough and Ready's Custom Army Cards

Thanks, Vader is one I have been messing with for months. I still want that "slow-moving Juggernaut" feel, but it keeps coming out overpowered. Also, Lethal strike is not supposed to work with force choke, sorry that was a typo mistake.

The thing with the Battle droids is I came up with the cost BEFORE the "Rodger Rodger" ability.

I will be editing a lot this weekend (8 hour car ride + laptop)

thanks for your insight!

Sgt. Rock has been a favorite of mine, especially with Sgt. Alexander, the airborne elite, and some 4th mass. He kicks rear on the field with this combo!

Re: Old Rough and Ready's Custom Army Cards

For rebel captian I think you meant uncommon hero. Commons only have 1 life. Interesting power take cover, but I would say raise it to 3 maybe. You really wouldn't get much of cover from a rock for example, but a small foothill will net you your prize. Just my opinion, very nice though. Just try to avoid bonding loops.

Uncommon? Guess I could do that. Also for bonding loops, I am trying to limit that (for example, check out Grand Moff Tarkin's card)

Thanks for the feed back.

Re: Old Rough and Ready's Custom Army Cards

Kirk is way too powerful for 110 points. It's one thing to give him a defesive power for ethier melee or ranged but its another to give him both types of defense. Solid stats and multiple personality syndrome help to round out his overpoweredness. I would try to only put a few of his qualities on 1 card. Nice overall style, but price him a bit more.
