Template for Rules Add-ons

I am hoping someone has a Word template or something similar for making "official" looking rule add-ons. Something like the one used for the Automated Battle Rules.

I PM'ed Edge0001 but I don't know if he has been on recently.

I have a couple of add-ons I have been working on and thought it would be cool to have them look similar to the official rules, etc.
