One Quick Question

Hey all, it's been a while since I've 'scaped, and I've been looking around the site to see what I missed. I can across an "uncommon hero."

What does that mean? How is it different from a common or unique figure? Sorry if this is a very stupid question (the search feature wasn't much help). Thanks in advance for the help.

Uncommon Heroes function just like Unique heroes in every way except you can have any number of them in your Army.

Your question is answered on page 19 or the D&D Masterset rulebook.

It's basically a unique you can have multiple copies of. You need to mark the cards and the figures so you know which card is for which figure. But for all other purposes (glyphs, special attacks, etc), they function as unique heroes.

Uncommon Heroes really makes sense for a lot of D&D monsters that are too iconic and powerful to die after one hit (as a common must) but don't rate their own name.

the D&D masterset has 1 uncommon hero, the Feral Troll. The masterset comes with colored dots you can stick onto the base of the figure and the card so you can keep track of which figure belongs to both cards. I have 2 mastersets and 2 trolls, I used a red dot and green dot. So when I move I announce, "I'm moving and attacking with my Red/Green Troll"

That explains it. I have yet to get BftU.
