What would you draft as a counter for this?
I am open to any changes you believe would help.
This army is 500 points.

2. Cut the Groks.

Assuming your list implies only one of each common squad, I would drop the Grok Riders and Ornak and put in more Orcs (what kind is up to you).

First of all, at least 1 squad of Templar. This is an almost completely melee army, so next, some people with engagement strike. A strong artillery would be good. Air elemental to slow you down. So...

Looks like an OM nightmare to me.

I'd try to get this down to 4 units at most. Probably drop the Groks and either (both?) Ornak or Nerak in favor of more Gruts, and sub in Heavies if you've got 'em.

As far as a counter draft... ranged squads (or Vydar ranged pod) would give this army lots of problems.

I agree too many army cards. A decent utgar arrow grut army might be

Pretty much one army card the whole fight unless you lose you arrowgruts or resort to Isamu.

Problem is now you have changed his entire Army, He had nothing to do with arrow gruts originally.

I would agree, take out the Groks in favor of more Orcs, to keep with the style, you could replace the 1 squad of groks with 2 squads of heavy gruts if you have them, or 2 more squads of blades (again if you have them) and marro warriors. Sorry I like marro Warriors.
