Morsbane and Uncommon Heroes

Here is a question that I have regarding Morsbane that was not listed on the 1st page of his book:

If Morsbane negates an Uncommon Hero is it only the 1 he targeted or are they all negated? We know he can target them beause they are treated as unique heroes during the game.

The description of Uncommon Heroes makes it sound like they would all be negated:

"For example, if you are using two Feral Trolls, you must clearly mark each Feral Troll figure and a matching Feral Troll Army Card so you can tell which Feral Troll is being activated by which Order Markers and which Wound Markers belong to which Feral Troll. Uncommon figures are considered to be Unique figures in every other way. "

Other than with wound markers and order markers, they are treated as uniques and when Morsbane negates a Unique the card with that name loses all special attacks/abilities

" If you roll a 16-19, place a Negation Marker on the chosen figure's Army Card. All of that (unique) figure's special powers are negated for the entire game.

The most similar ruling would seem to be in relation to unique squads where a 16-19 negates all but a 20 only destroys the targeted figure.

I suspect that the ruling will be the opposite and that only the targeted will be negated but how it is seems to suggest otherwise

Only the specific Uncommon Hero you targeted would be negated. That's why you mark them.
