Re: What's your BAG, baby? Bay Area Gamers
I'm looking forward to Saturday night! At ChiTAG they are planning on having all-night gaming on all the new games introduced in Essen last month. I'm absolutely vibrating with anticipation!
Have fun y'all! ~Z |

Re: What's your BAG, baby? Bay Area Gamers
Unfortunately, my dad and I won't be able to make it this Saturday, and since December 12 is the Saturday before finals week (also know as time to study till your head explodes), we won't be able to make it then either.
Hopefully we will be able throw down some skulls with you guys in January, so please keep us posted about any future events. We hope that you all have fun and we look forward to seeing you next year. |

Re: What's your BAG, baby? Bay Area Gamers
Do we want these events to be themed-HoB, General Wars, BOM, teams, etc.? It might be nice to mix the events up like that and post the theme for the upcoming meet 2-3 weeks in advance.
It also might be fun to use sideboarding, or run it similiar to the way RoninValentina ran the BAB and let everyone bring more than 1 army, then decide what to field after seeing what their opponent brought. That way there's some variety through the evening. |

Re: What's your BAG, baby? Bay Area Gamers
It's just a casual game day. I think Windlane was just setting a point total to make things consistent, but what games you play- HoB, Kill 'Em All, etc is totally up to the players at the table. I'll be bring 3-4 armies most like, as should everyone. Should have plenty of options. In other news, Menchi is coming as well.

Sweet, always glad to hear more are coming.
Just so I know for sure, are you bringing a map Ronin? I don't want to grab too much stuff as I'll be walking my stuff to the clubhouse. And possibly through the rain. If not, there's no worries - I just want to make things run smoothly. EDIT: Killometer, were you coming this Saturday? I'm just trying to keep things straight. |

Yeah, I'll bring Rift Valley. Though would it be possible for you to provide build instructions? I won't be moving it assembled, and I don't currently have a printer. Should only need 3 or so maps.
