Nebraska Skirmish III - take 2!

I know deliverymanxas' already started a thread for this, but due to some changes in his work schedule he is unable to run the Nebraska Skirmish III. He has graciously allowed me and some of the other Nebraska 'Scapers to run it, so without further ado, here are the details -

Date: Saturday November 14th - registration is at 11, the dice roll at Noon

Location: Coliseum Games @ 7215 S. 83rd st Ste #11 La Vista, NE

Points:
405 points if you have any girly ranged units in your army (or ones with ranged offensive abilities)
475 points if your army is all melee

We will be using the "KC" scoring method. Win-loss record, strength of schedule, points killed (only counted if you lose). We will be using full card scoring simply because it's faster (for the record I prefer fractional scoring).
We will plan on 50 minute rounds.
Marvel is allowed.

Ell, you guys were there in 2007.

One question that came up last night when Tiny Timmy, Wisp, and I were play-testing. Is Marvel allowed? I know d-man hasn't allowed Marvel in the past, but in the 2 small tourneys I've run, I've always allowed Marvel. What do you guys think?

I'm fine with/in favor of allowing it, but probably won't bring it. (It's all about Acolarh for me.)

I'm not a big fan on deciding games on points when time runs out, so we went with a little smaller point total this time around. Hopefully that will translate into less games going to points.
