I got a personal invite again from the organizer of Total Con that they really want NESA there to run Heroscape for the weekend so who am I to say no?

HEROSCAPE GENERAL WARS
Time 10am-2pm
All army builds must be made using units that follow 1 specific general (Jandar, Utgar, Ullar, Einar, Vydar or Aquilla)

Swiss Scoring/Fractional Points
Army Size 450 Points
Start Zone24 spaces
Players16
Rounds 4
Time 50 minutes per round
Restrictions No Marvel

Day Friday
HEROSCAPE UNCOMMON
Time 3pm-7pm
All army builds must be made using ONLY Unique Heroes and Unique squads.

Time 50 minutes per round
Restrictions No Commons or Marvel

Day Friday
HEROSCAPE-HEAT OF BATTLE
Time 8pm-12am
Before the game starts both players will roll the d20. Highest number selects who goes first. Players will then take turns placing their army (one card at a time) anywhere on the battlefield untill all units have been placed. Army must still take up only 24 spaces or less.

Torrid winds ravage Valhalla making the battlefield a "NO FLY ZONE".

All units must walk throughout the course of the game even if they normally can fly.
Units with Stealth Flying will be granted Disengage.

At the end of each round a single attack die will be rolled for each non-flying figure on the board to see if they take damage.

TotalCon is four days as opposed to TempleCon's three... yeah, no brainer.

I'm in!

Edit: Wow, pricing seems pretty good IMO, was TempleCon comparable? Would be great if we could get a big turnout for whichever day the Championship is held (only $10 for the day if you only want to play one day).

There is also a $5 off each registration group discount for any 5 or more who register for the weekend. I'm pretty sure we can scrape up at least 5 of us to send in our registration together. This means we can get the whole weekend for $25. Sold. (Not to mention that Mansfield is like 15-20 minutes from my house

Does anybody know how much a hotel room is per night? I didn't see it listed on the website (not that I dug around too much).

From the info given to me it is about $100 per night but I believe the rooms have 2 queen size beds. I'll relay more info as I get it

All depends, don't know when the wife's feb break is, we are suppose to go to South Carolina.

3 hour ride, I should beable to do one day, we shall see.
