Introducing new playing-card size cards

I started on this a couple years ago, and finally finished it, including Wave 9, minus Marvel. I'll upload jpegs later, but here are the links to ArtsCow where you can have them printed if you'd like. You do not have to do any zooming or repositioning of the images, just drag and drop. The albums are separated into the 2 Master Sets, plus the 9 Waves, Terrain sets, and promo figures.

Edit: You might want to host the pictures somewhere else so that people won't have to log-in to view them, at least for display purposes.

Very cool. Are you going to do the Destructible Object cards and Glyph cards as well (I'm just guessing here, I didn't look through all of the cards)?

I do have the Fortress Door. I'm not familiar with other objects or cards for the glyphs--clue me in.

The glyphs that came with wave 1 came with cards. Here are links to all the glyphs. I didn't want to include the images in the post to keep it a little cleaner.

Nothing earth shattering, but they would be nice to have in there, especially since a one of each printing of playing card sized army cards would be less than 3 and a half decks. I'm sure there are fan made cards for the master set glyphs, but I'm not sure where they are right off.

Speaking of ordering sets. My big beef with them is the backs of the cards. The colors available don't seem to fit with the rest of the scheme. A black card back or the maroon color for a card back would be really, really cool.

Aha. I do remember seeing some glyph cards. I never opened my own Wave 1 figures. I will add that to my list of cards to make.
I've uploaded some black and maroon backs using the same graphics--see what you think.

Most of the backs were really an afterthought--I only use the orange, which I like. I had made the others when printing decks for family members so that we could tell them apart quickly.

They substitute for the actual cards in gameplay. They are especially handy for drafting/army building. I am placing them into card binders to make it faster to look through them all.
Interesting you ask about a card game with them. That's something I would love to do or see done, but these are just straight transfers of the info on the original cards, not a development of other ideas or mechanics.

It almost looks like Heroscape the ccg. I could picture playing an entire card game with them.
