Re: pose twice

Another factor is that since sculpts affect line of sight in Heroscape, overly dynamic sculpts are rare in this game, with certain notable exceptions like Crouchy the Airborne Elite. If most figures essentially have to be standing straight up, the poses will naturally start to look similar.

Re: pose twice

Actually, a great deal of figures only use one of the holes on the base, the other foot isn't connected. A few of my friends always notice and think they are broken.

Generally 2-legged figures only have one leg attached to the base. Pick up a handful of figures and look at the bases. I guarantee only one hole will be filled in if its a two-legged figure.

This too ^, another factor that limits the possible poses.

My Romans are that way.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Well, I know for a FACT most RotV figures were made this way, because when my friend got RotV he mentioned it to me and said how most of the figures were like that. I just assumed all the figures were made the same way. Although, it could be one of those stealthy changes made during the switchover. During which wave did the switch to WotC happen? Thats likely when the change was made.

Re: pose twice

It would be cool to have some figures though that were meant specifically for hiding though. Some spies would be cool.

All currently released units (including Wave 9) were designed prior to the switch. The only thing WotC has really handled is distribution.

!

I did not know that, thanks for telling me. Is there anything else to that that you think I wouldn't know (which is almost everything), or is that about as much as we (collectively) know?
