IMO the debates should go like this. Someone should say which unit they think is better. Then someone else comes up and defends the other unit back and forth with other people joining in and arguing for the two units.

Like 'The mass are better because they are cheaper'.

'Well the 10th are better than non-valiant mass. Because the valiant mass armies are hard to make at certain totals the 10th are better'.

'Well the 10th get killed VS Q9'. And so on....
