I'd have gone to the manager of the store and offered to take it all away for $2-3 less per booster. You'd be surprised how much they want the clearance stuff out of the store.

I have a friend who did this back when SotM got cleranced a couple years ago. They were on the shelf for $20 each, but my friend went to the store manager and asked for $5 off each to take the remaining 6 they had, and he said yes.

Ah. Well. I hadn't even really heard of Heroscape back then. We got our first master set in April 2010...

In Dayton, Ohio at the Sugercreek Wallmart I found W9 heroes for $11. They did have a ton of 9 & 10 last year.

Has anyone seen the Wave 9 commons recently? I can't find them anywhere. I would have thought since they were relatively recent, that we would still be able to find them, no?

I was able to find a lone Braves and Brawlers pack in Eugene, OR at Evolution Games for $13! They also had a cheap FotA set as well. I guess spending the whole day down in Eugene shopping with my family does pay off.

I hope to god you picked it up. That's a great deal!

My store still has a few Castle and Marvel sets, along with some various packs. Noone really buys 'Scape there, so I can slowly chip away at their inventory. I'll likely end up with 5 Marvel Sets and 7 Castle Sets.

Yeah I picked it up. The packaging was really beat up for both sets but everything was still intact. I actually have 2 game stores in my area and I think both of them carry 'scape and its one of their slower items so I'll be able to leech off of them for a while.
The evolution games store also had a marvel set but it was $30 so I didn't get that because I know several places that sell it at that price fairly close to me.
