Longest Game: 4 hours (plus some for occasional snack and beverage breaks)
Shortest Game: 45 minutes ( used a board that was already set up though)
Largest Game (Army Size): 1000 points
Smallest Game (Army Size): 300 points
Largest Game (Players): 6 (too crazy)

Tallest Field: Maybe 15 Maybe 20 can't recall exactly

Longest Game: Well, technically it took a week to finish it, as we had to quit in between and leave the board as it was to finish later. But for continuous play probably 3 hours.
Shortest Game: Maybe 10 minutes I think. We were playing a game of "kill the general" where we had to assign one of our heroes as a general, and if they died you lost. I shuffled some glyphs together and placed them randomly on the board. Then my opponent rolled initiative and stepped onto the glyph -- it was the summoning glyph. He pulled my hero next to him and then it was over.
