The Frozen treasure room

Here is a map i made today: The frozen treasure room

top-view:

starting positions:

road to the the castle, and the outer wall

courtyard:

inner chamber:

callopsed roof:

Destroyed door:

whole castle

A norraw pass leads to the castle of Froin in the mountains of kyrien.
Many centuries ago there was a heavy snow storm, many of the inhabitants died when the roof of the castle collapsed to the weight of the snow. in the summer of the same year the snow started melting and destroyed the door, huge amounts of water flooded down the mountain making a lake in front of the remainings of the castle, now armies came back to regain the castle when rumours were heard about treasures and valuable information to summon even more warriors from worlds afar.
any comment is welcome

Awesome map. I see you have the flag in the lake... did I miss the door floating in the water somewhere?

thx Fizziii
the flag is just on the table
and the door is still in the box

i was thinking about some scenario's:
1)14 glyphs, 4 of them are brandars, get as much brandars and bring them back to the starting place.
2)be the first on the roof to take the flag.
3)(follow-up on 2) attack the castle and take down the flag.

special rules:
-strong wind: no flying or AE drop
- when entering a specific water space place your figure in the lake and roll D20: 1-10 one wound , 11-20 no wounds

comments are welcome.

Ok scratch the last rule there is no way then you can get in the castle, but I will think about something else.
