Actually, I got it at Collector's Corner after Clan's Tournament (not in Savage). And it was the game that was dusty and in an out-of-the-way corner, not the store itself.

As far as I'm concerned, I haven't met a game store I haven't liked because I'm usually dependent on online sources for games. I love to browse, even if I'm not buying (but I usually end up buying, much to my wife's dismay).

Played 2 games of Munchkin, a game of Munchkin Bites!, and a game of Ticket to Ride: India today. This was really my first full experience with Munchkin, and our group loves it. We eventually plan to get all of the core Munchkin versions.

TTR: India was very interesting as well. With 3 of us, the game board became very crowded quickly. The India map is definitely a change in pace as you always have to be open to new strategies when your spots get taken.

I played two games of Roadkill Rally today, one two-player and one three-player game. It was lots of fun, with very comical, zany violence. You definitely have to be willing to see the theme as humorous and completely improbable (racing along shooting missiles at each other's car, throwing hand grenades and land mines, while doing your best to run over the pedestrians for bonus points). It's like Spy Hunter meets Death Race 2000. We laughed a lot, and I hope to play it again soon.

Played a few more games of Summoner Wars a few days ago. I think I went 2-0, one with the Mountain Vargath and one with the Jungle Elves with some added reinforcements.

Today I played Dungeon! with my grandma since we're up at their house for the 4th of July. She's cool and nice enough to try a game like that with me. She beat me... I kept getting killed by monsters as a wizard. It's such an old game. She's had it in her closet forever and we've played it maybe twice before. I actually really like it. She says I can bring it home and so I'll probably con my friends into playing it, probably using some Heroscape figures as some of the Heroes and Monsters. Plus there's a solo version that should make the days shorter when I'm stuck at home during the summer.

For my birthday today, I was given all the C3V figures used in this most recent wave, Quarmageddon, and Yggdrasil. Played with all the new Quarmageddon stuff with my dad earlier tonight, and I'm really impressed, and like it a lot. Can't wait to see if the family likes Yggdrasil as much as I think they will. It's got enough strategy for my dad and I, and hopefully it's not too complex for the girls.

I like Sentinels quite a bit. It has some balance issues with number of players and tracking life can get a bit fiddly, but it is fun. On episode 2 of All Us Geeks we talk a bit about Sentinels and review the Rook City expansion.
