Indianapolis Event Nov 15-16

Hey guys, I know it's been a while, but it's time for another tourney. This time, at a new location.
Like last year at Decatur Middle School, this tournament is part of "Community Games Weekend". It is now going to be at the Decatur Discovery Academy located at 5125 Decatur Bld Suite D, Indianapolis, IN 46241. It's located next to Edy's in the Ameriplex.

There will be two events.
Saturday November 15th at 11:00 am, an all ages tournament. Build a 450 point army that all follows the same general (Utgar, Jandar, etc). No Marvel or custom pieces allowed. You will be able to use the hive if using Utgar, but you must bring the base for it. Your team must fit inside of 24 spaces. There will be 2 random glyphs placed on each board. Each board will consist of one master set and one terrain expansion. One on one, double elimination. The cost is one canned food item and $2 per person. The winner will recieve all four packs from wave 8. There will be a couple of Agent Skahen's that will be awarded for good sportsmanship as well as some possible other prizes for creatively built teams. Limited to the first 32 people.

Sunday Novermber 16th at 11:00 am, a junior tournament. Players cannot be older than 15. Build a 350 point army without any Marvel or custom pieces.You will be able to use the hive if using Utgar, but you must bring the base for it. Your team must fit inside of 24 spaces. There will be 2 random glyphs placed on each board. Each board will consist of one master set and one terrain expansion. One on one, double elimination. The cost is one canned food item. The winner will recieve a Heroscape starter set (it will either be a Swarm of the Marro or a Rise of the Valkyrie)
There will be some other prizes for sportsmanship and creativity. Limited to the first 32 people.

It is great to know there's another event. I won't be able to attend. I have to work Saturday and am only off on Sunday. I just missed the age cut on Sunday, but about 42 years. Maybe some other time.

Put us down for 3 players for Saturday. We may get a 4th. I'll follow up if our player count changes. Not sure about the Sunday jr event yet.

For anyone on the fence on this one, wolrdsenemy always puts on a great event. I went to the Game Weekend last year just to play Scape but there was a whole lot more going on. I'm sure this year will be just as fun.

I'm a maybe for Saturday. Unfortunately, I have a big flag football tournament that afternoon, but I will try to come for as much as possible.

I have 2 agent Skahen's for the Saturday Tournament, and the Master set for the JR tourney is a Swarm of the Marro.

Won't be able to make this one, but I will be there in spirit as Mecha is going to use my Vydar army.

Also for future events you might want to go with the standard Swiss scoring vs double elimination. It makes sure everyone has fun all day.
