Howdy, folks!
I found this site quite by accident, on Google. Glad Heroscape is so popular...
Naturally I'm new here, so excuse if this is misposting....
Anyway:
Are there any rules out there for destroying the ruins?

Check your rule books. The only ruin that can be destroyed is wall from Marvel. Welcome to the site. Try using the Search funtion too. *waits for Cav to post pic*

Welcome to the site. You can't destroy the ruins in regular game play,but if you make your own house rule that says you can and everyone agrees to it,then you can.

There are no actual rules for wrecking ruins, but you could make a custom that allowed for it. Or you could make custom ruins that are destructible.

Ditto on IMax's sentiments - we only need so many police officers around here. Elffy, if you'd like to really help out newbies, try wording advice like this:

"Just to let you know, there have been previous threads for many topics and questions around here. If you use the Search function on the site, you'll probably be able to post in those threads rather than making a brand new one."

It just comes across as less curt.

I agree with Imax and Sherman Davies.

Besides, I wouldn't have told him to search as I don't think I have ever seen anything like what he is asking about. Telling people about search caomes about when a new thread is posted about a topic that has been discussed heavily.

My only advice for this newcomer is that he might try looking in the Custom Terrain & Obstacles or Other Customization & HS Additions subforums as what he is looking for is a custom rule. Again, I don't think I have ever seen anything on destroying the Ruins, but perhaps the OP can find some similar ideas, or start a discussion about his ideas for this customization.

Oh, and welcome, Funky Dynamite.
