Character Battle- Poll 25: Hero Winners 1

Here we have it: the Heroes! This one is going to be a good one we have the orc/dino, double-attacking hero, snake man, the troll, William Wallace, elf wizard, and the sharpshooter cowboy. This one is going to be a close one. Any one of these could be the winner. Some of them were up against some lesser heroes, others fought hard for this win. Any one of them could be the winner. They all deserve it. Let them fight it out to the death.

Hmmmm... this is a tough one.

I'm not overly partial to any one figure here, so I'm going to go with an underdog. Morsbane is one of my favorite counters to the figs that cost so much simply because of their powers (Braxas, Taelord, Zelrig, etc.), and Negate isn't TOO hard to roll, plus an outside shot at an instant kill. I'm a fan of Morsbane, and he doesn't have much of a shot in this poll, particularly against Krug, so I'll give him a vote. He deserves it for all he's done for me.

Deadeye Dan has caused me much pain over the last year. I personally love Moresbane for reasons above. It's not that hard to pull off a negate at some point and there's a chance at an auto-kill but he does die quickly if you don't protect him. I got to give it to Krug. The double attack should help him pull it out.

The ultimate Q9 Counter, the Beast from the East (?), and the unit that truly gave the Arrow Gruts their value, KRUG!

He can be used in just about any Arrow Grut army and you won't regret it. He has a Life of 8, double attack + wounded smash, and he is only 120 points. What's not to love?

I mean c-mon he can destroy alot of people with a possibel 5 attacks and 1 chomp in a turn.....

Are we determining the winner by actually playing a deathmatch with these and we're all just guessing what the outcome will be? OR are we just voting to see who would win if there was an actual deathmatch?

Alastair MacDirk - William Wallace!
Krug - No denying his appeal.
Morsbane - Needs more love.
Grimnak - Never seems to do much, I must play him wrong.
Deadeye Dan - What kind of sniper with a magically enhanced sniper rifle can hit, at best, half his targets?!
