Excellent Idea.

However If I might make a suggestion. As soon as Gen Con begins change the title to:

Gen Con Release Notes and Photos (or some simular title).

Then we as a group can post information here. The key will be limiting it so that a lot of exteranious (sp?) stuff doesn't get filtered in. I know that when I read one of these threads I want to simply read the facts. I don't want to dig through a lot of analysis or threadjacking/commentary (Ultradoug, this means you! ). That, IMHO, can be better served in another related, but not the same, thread. Call that one:

Gen Con Release Notes: Analysis if you will.

Ok, I have moved the discussion about Placeholder threads out of this one to kill the clutter.

JCB, I'll unlock this thread Wednesday morning.

I find it very appropriate for people to create their own threads that they will post their point of view into on a trip they are taking. After the furor has died down we can merge discussions together, or not. There were 3 or 4 comic-con discussions going on, and once they were fleshed out, they got some front page action.

Truth and Co will have a lot to put up and I'll probably want my own thread for some random travel thoughts.
