Finding sets

Hey there,

New to this incredibly addictive game. I am having a hard time finding some of the figures I would like having on my team. Can someone recommend a place to pic up figures from past sets? Relatively cheap hopefully. It would be greatly appreciated.

James

varies depending on availability and scarcity..

are both good places to try.

locally just take a look in walmart, TRU and targets and ye'll find at odd ball times various sets from the different waves.
10-13 bucks dependin on where and where at ye go...

cheers

Rod

Rod said it best.....online is ur sure fire way to find what ur looking for. Check out the official heroscape website, there you can buy what u need and see the rest of the stuff that ur missing.

If online is not an option for you keep hitting ur local walmart, target, or TRU....walmart has the cheapest price though....usually about 10 bucks. Welcome to the addiction known as heroscape.

I'll add that local game stores may have them, usually at 13 bucks a booster.
I also have walmart-like stores called Meijer around me, and they sell boosters too.

btw, My targets have their boosters at $10 a pop, just like Wal-Mart.

$10/booster is the lowest you can reliably get, so if you see one you want at that price, snatch it up!

Sudema is top notch in Heroscape: Legacy. Try out this alternative unit cost system at your next game day or tournament.

I just wanted to Piggy-Back on this subject. Two friends and myself have just started playing. One guy bought a bunch of stuff last week and I had to wait till today (Payday). He complained about not being able to find stuff. I just thought he was being slightly lazy and only driving to stores near his house. But today was a shocker I drove to 3 Targets and 3 Wal-Marts looking for the Tundra Ice and Snow pack with no luck. So I go home call both stores to do a stock check in all the San Diego stores. None of the 20+ combined stores had any in stock. I go to the web site....yep Out of Stock. Now, is this because of Comic Con a couple of weeks ago peaked an intrest in the area or is this normal. Get while the sets are new or hope to god you can get one off ebay for a reasonable price?

I did score 2 Master Sets, Road Tree and Bridge Set, and Minute Men & Wolves.

spiderM9 Woo who?
There is a game store in Redmond Town Center that has some assorted HS expansion sets. Can't remember the name, it's just below the two restaurants, the Italian one and the Seafood place.

Whaaar's my piratin' outfit?
