How to prevent my sister from installing programs...
I really need help. I need to find a method of preventing my sister from installing anything. (she directly disobeys me) I also want to know how to block websites....(damn Webkins, or whatever the hell they are...) I could probably figure this out easily, but I have to do an English essay, so I really don't have the ability to think right now.

I'll write this in the most signified manner possible. Making crude or lame jokes on these are just pointless because of their insignificance.

A) You won't need the ability to think to hammer out an English essay? No offense, but you're not on the cusp of Shakespearean eloquence.

B) If you're working on the essay, why are you here?

C) Set up multiple user accounts. Make yours the admin account, and password protect it. Make hers a limited account. Blocking websites will require Net Nanny or some other web blocking software, unfortunately, and that generally costs money.

Wow. I don't have money to buy Net Nanny, so that would not work.

I'm here because I can't make a correct thesis statement, and therefore I took a break (for twelve hours?).
