How do YOU take apart your map?

I thought this would be kinda' funny to know. How do you take apart your map?

I usually take it off elevation by elevation but sometimes I get under, and flip it ! How?

My love of sorting things comes out when I take 'em down. I sort it into hexes and land type just grabbing the closest bits first.

Hard on the wallet, having to Ebay more terrain after each game.

Well, if it's the regular terrain, I take it apart by elevation and then sort it into the appropriate bins by hex size and terrain type.

If it's castle pieces, then I beat the crap out of Krug first within an inch of his life, than I have him tear it apart for me.

Like this, and then I put the similar bits into the labeled bins. But I'm not OCD about it, really, I'm not...I'll put both 1 and 2 hex rock pieces in the same bin, really (of course, the label on it is 1 & 2 rock hexes).
