Questions on printing Army Cards for repaints.

I would like to print out a very-good near-to-official quality Sir Hawthorne Army Card to go along with my repaint. I would like to go the route of card stock, but since I'm new to card printing, I wasn't sure how to go about it the best way.

Any suggestions?

Also, what are the best settings on a color inkjet to accomplish the task?

I print my Army Cards at Kinkos on Xerox X-100 100# cardstock.

I have found that not all Kinkos carry and/or have the ability to use this thickness of cardstock. Also make sure the machine they use for copying your PDF can border to 3/32" of the paper edge (I do not recall the exact machine name, but it is the only one Kinko's uses that can do this).

If your Kinkos does have this machine, place crop marks on the image very close to the edge and your image will be perfectly registered front and back. Once I cut the Army Card out, no one can tell the difference between the real Hasbro and my faked cards.

Just because you're offended, it doesn't make you right.

VERY good info. I wanted to print out some modified cards for the Vydar FB so my daughter would have some choices (upped special attack for more point cost).

Now that's a father that really wants his children to play HeroScape with them!
