Bug/insect men
With the idea of Aquilla coming out I am thinking that bugmen or insect people would be a fun custom unit. The only models that I was able to find that look good are one from dream blade that someone on the board made into venoc pincers and the thr-kreen from D&D minis. if anyone knows what else would look good please let me know so I can start the process. Preferabley a common if it is from a game with rarity.

I know there is a horrorclix figure that could be used as a insect-man. Give me a second...

I have these two insect cards that I will be converting over to Aquilla's army, as soon as we get a good card template scan!
 Mage Knight figures from the Omens set.  A Dreamblade figure from the first release.

As much as I like insectoid people/men, I only have 1 custom,
 It's a Duel Masters Dice Monster figure. Very rare. I lucked out and got a few at a Dollar Store. I have a few more bug customs, but they're not fit to be posted yet... Where I am now: http://rpgmenagerie.com

If you haven't seen it in the DC Heroclix, look for the Chameleon Boy figure. It's a good, strange grasshopper-esque creature. Also, the Hive Troopers (I think that's their name) are yellow and black clad insectoids with funky rayguns...

Loads of Possible Aquilla troops. Though they are unpainted.
Black Orc Games - Hive  Possible Common Squad - They are called Scales in the game. You get 4 of them for 6 bucks. Or 12 of them for $16. There are lots of others as well.
