I have a question lets say for example at the 4 round you have Crixus,Feral troll,Dund, and siege left well crixus,feral troll and dund is 290 well that's not enough points but it will be to many points to put in siege so you would have to use the 290 points right?

Yes, that is correct. You may have under the point total, but not over.

You can choose to not put figures in and play under the point total.
