How many rounds and when will it end?
And when do we know what date is picked?
My 2 friends would love to come to their first tourney if it is the 14th, but they aren't positive on whether or not they have conflicts.

How many rounds is determined by our time parameter (read the OP ). It will end around 4-5.
The date should be determined today.

13th: 6
14th: 8-10
20th: 5
21st: 6
27th: 8
28th: 8
However, some of these numbers change if warlord can make any date: all 3 sundays get an extra vote.

The only possible date that works for our venue is Saturday the 13th, I had no choice. Maybe a winter event in Greenfield will bring us together on a Sunday.
