Cool power. I'd word it more like this so it's more clear who you get the attack bonus against:

While I have no issue with the "attacking that opponent's figure" clarification (good callout!) I would prefer for this to trigger on any attack (why wouldn't Spider-Man care about The Punisher's special attack?) and I would also prefer for it to trigger based on the location of a friendly character being attacked unless there's a very good reason not to do it that way.

Are the first 2 powers meant to be one or the other? As written Spider-man either moves in to take the hits or gets mad if he does not. If that's intentional, then it's fine. If not, then how about a slight change.

That's what testing is for. I'd leave it as is for now.

I like that. I know the powers were originally intended as an an/or, but this’ll make Spidey actually want to be active, vs. before where he had a choice between being active and being a wound sponge.

I guess my only question is if the theme of Spidey getting mad that someone attacked him makes sense.

You could parse it as him being mad or as him realizing this is a legit threat and taking it more seriously (using his power more and being more responsible in the situation).

I know getting the Uncle Ben tagline in there is neat, but maybe a name like Stepping Up would sell that better?
