It’s a large map and I agree those are the less attractive parts but this two houses are pass throughs to get to the back path.

Something minor is all I’d suggest. Since it’s closer to one stat some I don’t want the luck of the draw and one team get a better item.

As long as it's the same thing in both places the power level of the effect shouldn't unbalance things. That said, LP suggested some Coffee Items on Discord and I like the theme of that. I think the Coffee Espresso Shot is the most worth going into the house for.

Played with Satellite DOs on the far corners of the map near the houses that were away from the start zones. All houses were played as interior access, objects (not destructible), with window rules in place.

Units: Psylocke (240), Shredder (250), Foot Clan Elite (150), Raphael (200), Donatello (160) (1000) vs Baron Heinrich Zemo (180), Radioactive Man (160), Enchantress (320), Executioner (340) (1000)
Unit Summary: Solid victory for Psylocke’s ninja team. Shredder paired really well with her in getting off lots of Silent Strikes. Avoiding the damage die on her knife to shut off defensive abilities wasn’t really worth it here. Lock Down the Pain was a very useful generalist ability that got a lot of use here.
Map Summary: The Foot having a lot of map control and wanting initiative a lot made the satellite dish relevant. MoE wanted to counter but just didn’t want to devote the resources. Raph went through one of the houses, but most of the action was on the roads and the center of the map with some on the hills. Multiple cars were thrown. Fun map.

Initiative MoE. Raph charges over towards the Satellite Dish on his side. Enchantress sends up her bodyguard Executioner to the road and flies after him. Donatello advances and then Raph maneuvers towards the Dish and Psylocke maneuvers after Donnie. Zemo takes to the road and Radioactive Man crosses the street. Shredder takes to the road. A Foot Elite follows him and Raph moves next to the Dish. Zemo moves up the map. Enchantress mind controls Executioner, who zips across the asphalt with boosted road movement and tosses a car at Donnie, destroying the car and inflicting 3 wounds on Donnie, but Psylocke locks the pain of 1 of them. Donnie flips back a space. Enchantress follows, and parks in the middle of the street. Psylocke moves through Enchantress and inflicts 1 wound but chooses to turn off Magical Defense instead. But then her attack only lands 1 wound. Shredder and a Foot move up adjacent to Donnie.
Initiative Foot with the Dish and Donnie’s help. Three Foot Elite and Donnie all move up 4 spaces thanks to the Dish. Donnie inflicts 1 wound on Enchantress. Shredder uses his Ruthless Barrage to move in and out of Zemo’s glue range, attacking Enchantress twice, getting the defensive reduction on the second, and putting her down to 1 Life. He has Donnie engage her and a Foot Elite engage Executioner. A Knife in the Dark finishes Enchantress. Executioner attacks Shredder and would score 1 wound, but he Locks the Pain. Executioner misses his damage die on Shredder. Zemo can’t hit Donnie. Shredder uses his special attack again and swoops in and double attacks Zemo, but only gets 1 wound. He maneuvers Psylocke through Zemo (she hits her Silent Strike) and Donnie out of glue range, then Knife in the Dark misses Zemo. Radioactive Man tosses Ecto 1 at Shredder, destroying it and putting 2 wounds on Shedder. Zemo puts a third wound on Shredder. Donnie leaps next to Zemo, but can’t hit him. Silent Strike and Knife in the Dark finish Zemo, though. Zemo had OM3.
Initiative MoE. Raph charges through the house towards the conflict. Executioner avoids a swipe and takes height on Pyslocke and attacks down but only gets 3 skulls and she blocks. Psylocke misses with Silent Strike, misses Executioner from height, and Donatello and a Foot Elite’s Knife in the Dark misses on a reroll. Executioner hits Donnie for the last 2 wounds but Donnie Locks the Pain and survives. Executioner stymies the Foot’s efforts again. Psylocke isn’t fast enough to go down the hill, Silent Strike, and go back up, so her attack is from even ground this time. Radioactive Man advances and uses his area effect special attack. He hits both Shredder and Pyslocke for 1 wound each and one damage die each, defeating Shredder. Executioner, Donatello, and a Foot Elite all block. The A-Team Van blocks as well. Psylocke misses another Silent Strike, but hits Executioner from height for 1 wound.
Initiative Executioner. He smacks Donnie hard from height to defeat him. Raphael attacks Executioner for 1 wound and Radioactive Man for 2. Radioactive Man bashes Raph with the A-Team Van for 1 wound (destroying the Van). Raph flips away. Psylocke Silent Strikes Executioner for 1 wound and attacks Radioactive Man from height for 2 wounds. Executioner does nothing. Raph attacks Radioactive Man from height twice and finishes him.
Initiative Executioner. He hits Raph with a 4 skull attack, but only scores 1 wound, and Psylocke Locks Down the Pain on it. Psylocke can’t hit with Silent Strike or an attack from height. Executioner hits Raph for 2 wounds. Raph hits Executioner for 2 wounds. Executioner hits Raph for one wound and then Raph double attacks and finishes him.

Unit Summary: The X-Force just have a ton of efficiency here with typically being able to roll a damage die with Psylocke, roll for auto wounds with Archangel, attack with Psylocke’s attack of 5 (or 6 from height with range), and attack with X-23’s defense reduction and contingency wound abilities. Then on defense they can ignore a wound a round with Lock the Pain and each enemy activation Archangel is swooping over and auto wounding. And X-23 has healing, so she’s no easy target either. I’d say the combination of the three with Prof X running the show from far away is running a bit hot right now and that Psylocke plays a role in that.

Psylocke’s 4 skull attack is blocked and Leo leaps away. Archangel swoops in and finishes Leo. X-23 takes Archangel’s attack and Surprise Claws Splinter for a wound. Donatello smacks Psylocke for a wound and Archangel flies over and hits Raph for a wound. Psylocke Silent Strikes Splinter for a wound, then gives up her attack to X-23, who slashes Splinter for a wound. Archangel flies over Splinter and fails to hit, but finishes Splinter with a ranged attack.
Initiative X-Men. The Dish sends Prof X forward and Psylocke through Raphael for 1 wound on Raph. Archangel flies over Raph but can’t hit, then gives up an attack to X-23, who slashes Donatello for 3 wounds. Psylocke Deadly Strikes Raphael for another wound, then finishes Donatello with a ranged attack. Raphael engages Prof X and triple attacks him but rolls poorly and only inflicts 1 wound. Archangel and Psylocke both go back towards Prof X and attack Raph from range, finishing him and the OM’s for the Turtles until the end of the round. Archangel, X-23, and Psylocke advance in a deadly trio for the next two turns. Michelangelo would finish Psylocke but she Locks the Pain for the save.
Initiative x-Men. The Dish sends Prof X up the road and Psylocke through Mikey, but she misses the wound. Mikey stands up to a barrage of X-23 attack (hitting her with a Lock and Strike wound that she heals) and Psylocke Silent Strike and attack. Mikey double activates, attacking Psylocke both times, but she survives thanks to locking the pain on the one wound she would’ve taken. Archangel flies over twice and hits Mikey both times. Archangel can’t hit Mikey, but X-23 slashes him for a wound and Psylocke finishes him off.

UNIT SUMMARY: Psylocke probably gives you a bit too much offensive efficiency combined with staying power for her point level. I’d go up to around 260-270 or tweak something down (like Life -1 or Attack -1 or not let her use Lock the Pain for herself).

MAP SUMMARY: I like how the map plays. Action was 90% focused on the road and asphalt areas and nearby hills in these games, but I still used a lot of the map and in both games the Satellite Dishes influenced some of my figure movement and pulled me to those corners. I only passed through one house one time that I recall, but they made nice obstructions if nothing else.

Interesting that you used the skyscraper window rules on the houses. I've always just shot through those when I can draw LOS through them.
