I would say yes, they are not the exact same unique card.

I would say, its not preferred, possibly no. Look at this case, you could bring 290 of 650 points that you can't use in your army. If your opponent brings the same Raelin & Drake quartet, you might not be able to even make a 400 point army.

I am guessing that the reason Kevindola put this rule in was to avoid situations like this, and although techinaclly not aginst the rules, it is aginst the intention of the rule.

Yeah, I'm going to change that rule [because I am supreme overlord and can do that unless a majority would like to see it changed]. Boromir is right that by the stated rule wording it would be allowed, however I agree with jetjake that someone bringing both Raelins or both Drakes in their pool restricts the draft pool even more by reducing combination options. So I am going to say no you can't have both Raelins or both Drakes in your draft pool.

Kato Katsuro + Spartacus + Marro Hive + Rechets of Bogdan + Hatomato Toro is conveniently 750 points... that would work if you want to have some really funny games.

I didn't think about the hive. I guess Kevindola didn't put a cap on individual card points. Doing the math (750-25-25-25=675) you could bring one 675pt figure if that existed. But outside of Marvel, Jotun is the highest point figure I can think of at 225.

I have enough terrain to bring several battlefields (I brought 5 last time). Let me know how many you'd like me to bring and I'll start picking out BoV maps.

I will bring 2 of the Iron Rain Hill Giant Mage Knight figures for the prize table and probably some other extras I have sitting around.
