I value AC over... most things. So, I'd vote Pasadena. I can show up when they open and get a downstairs table or two going. They're not the full 4'x8' Warhammer tables (more of a standard tabley size) so they won't be needed for that tournament.

That sounds fine with me if good with others. I'll aim to arrive early as well. We won't have too many folks so one or two tables would suffice. One map from me and one from Master Roshi should accommodate, and hopefully he can bring one more if his maybes come up.

I plan on gaming 10 am - 4 pm, with best record after a round robin for the "tournament" portion, then free play afterwards if we want to bring out VC or personal customs or do some different formats. Or play something else too! Looking forward to seeing everybody and getting some games in!

Sounds good - looking like a couple FotA+RotV combos in the vein of the AoA relaunch.

And let's make the decision to do Gameology Pasadena for climate control since we're feeling confident in grabbing space. The idea of a smaller space filled with sweaty gamers is...not pleasant.

Are we certain DHG isn't going to have AC, how do we know it wasn't just broken or not running on the day Leo was there?

Gameology is over 2 hours from me, whereas DHG is 1.5 hours so i'd prefer to not travel the extra distance if I don't have to

I'd have to defer on the AC, never been to either space myself. Also looked at the updated forecast and it says 71 for Fullerton which seems fine to me (which I believe-just rained here). @hivelord would you be okay with DHG with the forecast change as it's closer for both Leo and MR?

Don’t plan around me but if it’s in Pasadena there’s a much bigger chance I can make it at least part of the time.

I could probably swing DHG if that’s where it ends up. It’s a good bit farther from me but I can probably make it work.
