To answer your question Orgsbane, yes, a predrafted army of 420 points is required. All units must follow the same general and you must have at least 3 different cards represented. Check out the start of the thread for the full details.

Playing around with some armies. Built one that I thought was pretty good. Threw together an opponent. Opponent army crushed the original.

Happens to me all the time.

I put together a Glad/Blast army that looks great. I test it against Romans/10th, and Einar wins. This army promptly goes down to a stingers and rats combo. Next, some of Jandar's boys go to town on that army.

Next, I think, "a Glad/Blast army would do really well against these guys." Gaaahhhh...!

It's always hard to predict how much of that is in the dice, in the maps, and in the fact that I don't have too hard a time figuring out what my "opponent" is going to do ...
