Considering it's from the view of someone she has conquered I don't really think so. Who holds the power in that picture? Her, as she can kill you with a flick of the wrist with that sword.

I 'm guess that it's an "Electricity Elemental," ... but @mac122 's comment about Ben Franklin cracked me up (ILMAO) because it reminded me of a game I played with my grandson a couple of years ago when the 4th Mass first appeared and he wanted to try it. I built him an Army and threw in Arkmer as a 50 point filler - thinking that it's generic appearance did not spoil the 18th Century theme of the battle. He promptly re-named it "Ben Franklin." ~~lol~~
