This is Wave 1: Hall of the Slain, it is an attempt to show the sickest ugliest side of Utgar's army. I'm including Cyprien's skeletal army as well as some added bonuses. I will throw in some random units, mostly Aquilla and Vydar, preparing for my next set, Vydar's Underground. Coming soon will be a set for Anitar's birds, still coming up with a name.

-If you roll a 1-12, nothing happens.
-If you roll a 13-15, all figures adjacent to a Blazing Skeleton receive one wound.
-If you roll a 16-19, all figures within 2 spaces of a Blazing Skeleton receive 1 wound.
-If you roll a 20, all figures within 3 spaces of a Blazing Skeleton receive 1 wound.
When a Blazing Skeleton is destroyed, self destruct is activated.

-18+ you may place any undead figure adjacent to Gim, the Eternal.

Lava Resistant- Sutekh never rolls for molten lava damage or lava field damage and he does not have to stop in molten lava spaces.

Undead Flames Special Attack- Range 1. Attack 6. If a figure is destroyed with Undead Flames Special Attack, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 14 or higher, place the figure where it was destroyed and and put all but wounds on it. You now control that figure.

Detonator- Choose 1 Blazing Skeleton within 4 clear sight spaces of Sutekh. The chosen Blazing Skeleton's Self Destruct ability is activated. All Blazing Skeletons adjacent to the chosen Blazing Skeletons' Self Destruct is also activated.

Burrow- When using burrow, Burrowers of Morindan may dig under obstacles but may not stop on an obstacle. They may dig under water tiles without stopping and are not affected by terrain affects, unless they stop on the terrain. Burrowers of Morindan only move 3 spaces when using burrow.

If you want to make a custom unit of your own for the Akatsuki try using these guide lines.

How to make a Puppet.
This guide will teach you how to make puppets for heroscape. All puppets work for Utgar, and came in any shape or size. All puppets are soulborgs, same concept as a regular soulborg, just made from wood.
Puppets attacks can vary anywhere from 1-12, it is not advisable to give your puppet an attack of 0, unless they have a special attack. Most puppets usually have a range of more than 1, they are more of a poison needle, trap, or butcher knife type. The only way they could have a range of 2+, is if they could shoot needles from their fingers, blow poison darts, or throw knives.
Puppets have a move ranging 0-6. They are allowed a higher move if they have jet packs, mechanical wings, or big wheels. A puppets defense all depends on it's size. Small puppets have 1-4, medium can have 4+. Though puppets usually have a high defense because they are not living and can't feel pain, so they can take a punch. Smaller puppets would have a lower defense because they are easily crushed.
Now for the fun part, puppet abilities! Puppets will generally have at least 2 abilities. For example, say a puppet is wielding a big butcher knife as a regular attack. It then pulls out it's throwing knives, a special attack with less attack then the butcher knife, but more range. Then the enemy gets close, the puppet has a sensor that shoots needles at adjacent figures in all directions. Maybe you would call it a 360 degrees engagement strike. Then you have some sort of puppet bonding or synergy, used for an army of puppets.
I will be making a puppet master, he might give a moving bonus, or let you move more than 1 puppet.

How to make a Giant.
This guide will help teach you how to make Giants for heroscape. Giant's like dragons, can go under any general, though I'd stay away from Einar and Vydar. Giants attack is always large, at least 4 or 5. Then the defense is made low, like Jotun's, put with a combo of high life. You do not have to make your giant this way, in fact, you shouldn't make all of them this way, it's just a guide line if you want one following Jotun.
The move can be anything, depending on the giant. Does the giant have long legs and can cover a lot of land, or are they slow oafs who stumble and walk slowly. As for the range, it's probably 1, maybe 2 depending on the weapon or arm length. Then the abilities are limited by only your imagination! The height and size have to be pretty big at least 8. If you put this all together you should have a pretty high poit cost. I hope this helped!

Probably a stupid question but what would a figure maker be required to do?

My sculpting skills are still pretty weak (just starting out, fancied trying something new) so I'm not looking to fill the role, but I was curious what your expectations were.

The reason I ask is that I get the cards need figures to look authentic but if there is only 1 figure maker, wouldn't that mean that only the figure maker would have the actual figure for the card? Or do you mean the figure maker would make multiple copies of the figure?

Like I say, not a dig, just wondering how this would work.

If you are looking to make this Naruto only then they do have miniatures that would work. They are too big for regular Scape but would work just fine for an all Naruto game.

Onacara, yes I've seen the naruto figures but they are 4 inches and I'm looking to make units to go along with regular heroscape, I found Full Color R but they only have 8 figs.

I was just reviewing your thread as well as your Naruto card. One slight issue with the card is, technically Naruto is still a gennin. Though everyone acknowledges that naruto has surpassed the chunnin level. He was away from the village training with "pervy sage" while everyone else back at the village participated in the chunnin exams the next time around. It's not that important of a detail unless you want to keep true to the storyline.

The "Six Paths of Pain" (Animal path, Asura path, Deva path, Human path, Naraka path, and Preta path) is a Jutsu. "The Scaped's" avatar is commonly thought to be Pain, the leader of the Akatsuki. In fact it is actually Pain's Deva path. The true Pain is an emaciated man named "Nagato" So it would actually be six units that support each other with a seventh that bonds them all together.
