• Ne-Gok-Sa's Mind Shackle 20 takes control of uniques
• Sir Hawthorne's Stab in the Back gives control of him to your opponent
• Shades of Bleakwoode's Soul Devour takes permanent control of unique heroes

Temporary Change

• Doctor Doom's Mind Exchange 17 takes turns with nearby unique heroes
• Marcu Esenwein's Eternal Hatred sometimes activates after revealing an order marker
• Mind Flayer Masterminds' Enslave 17 takes turns with nearby unique heroes
• Werewolf Lords' Moon Frenzy takes turns with infected heroes

Shades of Bleakwoode's Soul Devour, takes permanent control of unique heroes.

Corrections:
Kee-Mo-Shi and Ne-Gok-Sa are not limited to heroes.
They can take control of all figures on a Unique army card (all in once).
Also, they are not limited to enemies (you can try to take control of an allied unique hero or unique squad in a multiplayer game).

Doctor Doom and MindFlayer Mastermind are limited to unique heroes.

(Don't forget to consider "Uncommon" equivalent to "Unique" when using those powers)
