Figure, Spoilers, and Powers are good. We should have this FAQ'd, though:

Q: Friday the 13th says to place Jason "on any empty space on the battlefield where he will not be in clear sight of any opponent's figure". If there is no such space, then Jason can't be placed back on the battlefield, correct?

A: Correct. If he can't be placed outside of clear sight, then he can't be placed anywhere.

It's already been asked a few times in the thread.

And now for some unrelated rambling, it occurred to me that when looking for units that can help Jason make a comeback, we all forgot about Angstrom Levy. As long as Angstrom doesn't have any enemy units trapped there, you can always bring Jason back to the Alternate Reality, since no-one has clear sight to it.

Granted, then you have to wait until you roll a 13 (thematic serendipity) to be able to bring Jason back to your start zone, but you won't have to worry about him taking wounds from Reality Trap in the meantime. And while Jason's in there, if you Reality Trap someone and they have to take a turn in the Alternate Reality, they'll definitely find themselves adjacent to Jason for Relentless Assault.

Plus at 225/175, Angstrom and Jason add up to 400 points even. Probably not Jason's most powerful combination, but I like them as an odd couple.

You guys just made my day with this Jason Voorhees card! As a Jason myself, with a taste for Horror films, he's one of my favorite fictional killers. Good stuff! Any plans for Freddy Krueger?

One side note - did you guys consider giving him Super Strength? Seems like that might be a good thematic fit considering his ability to survive falls and Smash through doors. Either way, I still love him!

Falls shouldn't be an issue for him, as he always ignores 1 wound. At least, normal falling damage for that matter. And he can always come back if he dies from it.

I did consider Super Strength, and brought that up, but it was deemed he was just under the requirement for what they'd consider Super Strength.

I know Tornado has plans for Freddy, that we have brainstormed. I'd love to see him get made.

Glad you like him, I'm a big fan of the franchise as well, and this was a definite goal of mine to get him made. So I certainly made sure his card felt thematic to the character. He plays like no other IMO. Very fun.

I thought I may get to Freddy before this release but Fire is taking longer than expected.

I am not sure when Freddy will happen but he is high on my to do list.
