Create Minatures

Hello Hsers!
This tread was made with the mision of recolect info. abouth what do you need and what are the steeps to create miniatures for the game.

im making a kind of RPG to play with my friends and of curse with a bunch of HS sets. The evil forses are the figures of the sets, whose actions are like in fire emblem games, and the good ones are the figures that i want to make. The characthers cards contains general info (name, size, personallity...) and cancarry up to 4 tems and learn 9 special powers/skills.
Ill really apreciate any kind of tips, materials or ways needed to made our own miniatures.
