Indeed! Though the next two weeks are out.
I have absolutely no problems with waiting to get in on a good night of scaping. Quality over quantity and all that.

Even though I would LOVE to get in a higher quantity than I now do, but who wouldn't?

I can suffer, er, cope without Thanos being allowed. I think I might be able to come up with an army or two that will compete.

Here are my most recently created maps.
Been played on and since dismantled.

King Tree

I tried a Hive/Stinger x4/ Drones x4 army on this and it worked very well.
The highest, accessible point are the pairs of stone hexes on both sides of the layout, just in front of the two evergreens.

Pillar Forest

I really liked this map of the two, even if I lost on it both times I played.

NOTE:All tops of castle walls/pillars are unacessible to flyers!

The highest point is the three hexes in the middle, yet the view to opponent's starting zone is blocked by the castle walls.
To deal with an opponent's threat who is on the highest point, a player must engage them via the road or
shoot across from the outlying plateau areas.

Side view

View from starting zone.

I like both maps Hex_Enduction_Hour, with a slight preference for King Tree. Lots of cover for non-ranged figures.
On King Tree's map, I would move the evergreens from the actual 3-rock hex to the more centered 3-rock hex. Allows for even more coverage.

Things you might have missed in the rulebook:
Figures can't pass through friendly engaged figures.
Figures can't attack themselves.

I really like both maps. They seem like they would be great tournament maps. Are you going to set up a download on these?

The second one reminds me of a "laser tag" arena.
