How to surgically reattach limbs?

I'm starting work on a MS repaint/mod set, but can't decide on the best way to attached a donated arm or weapon to a patient's stub.

JB Weld might be too brittle, how about Gorilla Glue, melting it in place, using bits of that sculpy stuff or something like it, maybe a glue gun.

What has worked for other modders here?

P.S. I've seen lots of posts about the "BizarroScape" set, but can't locate it, other than one cached page in Google. Is it anywhere all in one piece?
