Re: My Terrain:11/30 Cars for Superscape

I often wish there were more urban terrain. Not just for superscape; with enough figures an old west or world war or spy-vs-spy scenario could be pretty awesome. I really started digging this rubble (Oh.... That pun was so not intended) when the movement rules were suggested. Lots of possibilities.

I like the width of the bridge. Good for a running battle. I can just imagine forces charging and retreating all over it.

rolls one less defense die against figures who like him.

Re: My Terrain:11/30 Cars for Superscape

Played a game with my son tonight and here is an overview shot of the map. It includes my cutom bridge, the dead tree and the trees I picked up from Dollar Tree.

Nothing new here yet but just thought I would say that I finally got a couple more plastic mushroom containers so hopefully will get a tutorial made for my bunker soon.

I agree wholeheartedly. There have been some folks building some old west buildings on here. I think I saw someone do an awesome one with Lincoln Logs.

I was working on some bridges and urban decay buildings. But life has started getting in the way. If you look on the forums and even do some creative google searches, you'll find quite a bit of urban terrain.

Re: My Terrain:11/30 Cars for Superscape

Here is my latest terrain project just a simple one. This is the only surviving piece of my old Grenadier Chaos Giant. It is going to be a destructable object. I have the stata for it somwhere in my classic customs thread. I will be making a card for it soon and will post it in both threads. I just glued it to a hex I cut out of plastic added some grass, a few rocks and a pieve of fake moss crawling up the side.
I give you the Shrine of Chaos.
View 1

View 2

And with one of the Skeletons from my Unworthy Dead custom squad.

Edit: Here are the stats that will be on the DO Card.

Shrine of Chaos
Life: 3
Defense: 4

Chaos Aura
When any player must roll dice for a figure within 2 spaces of Shrine of Chaos, that player must first roll the 20-sided die.
• If a 1 is rolled, subtract 2 from 20 sided die rolls and rolls 2 less attack or defense dice to a minimum of 1.
• If a 2-7 is rolled, subtract 1 from 20 sided die rolls and rolls 1 less attack or defence die to a minimum of 1.
• If a 8-13 is rolled nothing happens.
• If a 14-19 is rolled adds 1 to 20 sided die rolls and rolls 1 additional attack or defense die.
• If a 20 is rolled adds 2 to 20 sided die rolls and rolls 2 additional attack or defense die.

Now that...that would be cool to have several of with a bunch of sand. It looks like a big ole desert rock. Maybe you could post this to Auggies 5 Minute Scape for what he was going to do with more LoS blockers/terrain pieces. This is cool!

Thanks hs2010. It's funny you mention sand, because the rocks I made this from are mostly from the beach. But don't think ocean when I say beach, I live about 7 miles from Lake Huron.
