Blasts or Stingers?
So I know 4th Mass are the best range squad and 10th are the fourth best, but in what order are stingers and blasts? Thanks!

I don't know if there is a definitive answer to which squad is better. Opinions will undoubtedly vary from person to person. If you ask my opinion, I'm partial to the blastatrons. With proper positioning, the blastatrons can dish out both quantity and quality attacks, meaning they are very versatile.

I picked other. I choose the Zettian Guards

I'd say Stingers. Honestly, Blasts are only good when paired up with Glads. Then, they are really good.
60 tournaments. 140 - 128 - 1 overall record. 4 tournament wins. My goal, play every official 'scape unit in a tournament at least once. 137 down, 70 to go! |

Stingers are more versatile, and work with almost anything.

Blasts. They are cheaper per figure, can get way higher attacks, have a longer range, move 8 figures per turn, and take complete control of the board. You can't really judge the Blasts on their own though, but the Stingers are truly a stand-alone range squad that don't need much help. I personally just dislike the Stingers because they only get three attacks per turn, and I think that you need more than that to be successful in a tournament environment.

10th are NOT the 4th best squad. They are first in my opinion and 2nd in most peoples opinion.

Marro Drudge!
There goes my win-lose ratio again. Stingers are more versatile but theme wise the blasts work much better in a soulborg army than the stingers do in a Marro army IMHO. No way are they better than 4th Mass! And they're not better than Stingers or Trons. Stingers have 3 defense, which goes a long way against range, and a better attack of starting with 3, and have drain. The Trons have board control, Glads stop opposing range, and boost the Blasts. Also, the 2nd in most people's opinion part is incorrect. The 4th, Trons, and Stingers are rated A, and 10th are rated A-. The 4th, Trons, and Stingers are Tier 1, while 10th are Tier 2, but may be boosted up to the BOTTOM of Tier 1.
