Hey hey. It's late here too. I am currently writing this at 12:11... In the morning. Then again, I often find that the best ideas come to me at night time... Add that on top of my insomnia and you have a recipe for writing (and insanity).

Ok guys, I made a few minor changes to the stories. I made a few different word choices, fixed the grammar a bit, and also added a paragraph here and there. All in all, I cleaned them up a bit.

Ah, welcome to our little group of writers, Realist. You look to be a promising addition. I shall attempt to read your story, but I have another one to read, (sorry Bro-Man, I'm getting to it.) plus my own to write, and time is not something I have a great deal of.

Hey hey. It's late here too. I am currently writing this at 12:11... In the morning. Then again, I often find that the best ideas come to me at night time... Add that on top of my insomnia and you have a recipe for writing (and insanity).

Oh... you're starting to sound kind of like me. Not the insomnia part, just the cool ideas at weird times part, usually during school or something.

P.P.S. I have just had a thought. This is the forum for the fan fic, but there's a lot of stuff on here that isn't fan fic, though related. Your having the script icon in front of your thread seems to be a good idea that we should all copy, just for the fictions. That way, we can easily tell them apart from the others stuff.

First off: Thanks for setting aside time in your future to read my work. Some people don't realize how long coming up with a good idea, and then putting it on paper really takes.
Second: A question. When exactly should I use the edit button? There is a bunch of stuff on this thread that it could pertain to.

Ehh, Its fine. Its all good. I try to get peoples attention in anyway I can. They are busy making their own stories or busy with other important matters. I'll get people to post on mine. Takes time is all.

I really like Thorgrim's story Realist. I was thinking that both brothers would have fought many battles and on sea they were ambushed and brought to safety before death took them. My idea of their backstory anyway.

All in all I really like it so keep up the good work.

Well thanks! I actually used more canon material than you might initially realize. All that stuff about Ulrick attacking the Tarn castle was canon. The survivors fled to the woods and Eldgrim

was captured and summoned to Valhalla two years later.

So, yeah. Ulrick, the Dreadgulls, the Tarn... All canon.

You should use it so that you don't double post, meaning you don't have two posts of yours one right after the other. I tend to make an exception if you are posting different chapters or something, but if it's just an update or something, it should probably be edited into the last post, as long as it's yours.
... That didn't come out too clearly. Um...
If the last post is yours, and you need to say something other than posting the next chapter, use the edit button if you want to adhere rigidly to the rules. If you don't, do it most of the time.
