Arch-Vile's mega bloks flagbearers discoveries
The ridiculous prices of flagbearers has inspired me to use the Mega Bloks figures to proxy them. Most of the the old "Dragons Krystal Wars" and "Pyrates" have pieces that fit well within 'Scape. The castle sets also come with flags, perfect for a flagbearer. I use lots of Elmer's glue to keep the joints from moving, and glue most onto cardstock from PopTarts boxes. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them. I always enjoy hearing others' opinions on my customs.

Here are all my custom Valkrill units from Mega Bloks. The one on the left is a skeleton calvalry hero, next is Lord Utreckt, final is my Valkrill flagbearer Exodus

Leftmost is a rubber snake. I snipped the head off and glued to make a Fyorlag Snake. The right two are from an Emperor Palpatine toy with interchangable arms (the other two had force lightning). I made them into Zombie Graspers.

On the left is my tree-moving orc shaman, based on Grungebob's Llendil. Middle is my Einar cannon- fits on two hexes perfectly.

Mega Bloks has some "plasma" figures that fit well in scape too. These make good proxies for the wyvern and werewolf lord.

Sir Gilbert, Hatamoto Taro, and Ornak, along with my custom Exodus.
They work pretty well, scale-wise, and look fine among their brethren. The only problem is limited posing ability. I'm really not sure how to proxy Vydar's and Ullar's flagbearers, since Mega Bloks doesn't do gorillas or elves. Hmmmm.
