Re: Tournament Armies Played
I have one question:
Do small, private, 6-player, more casual tournaments count? If so, I could post a million. I've never been to a "real" tournament. |

Re: Tournament Armies Played
Is it just among friends with bragging rights or are there other people and actual prizes?

Re: Tournament Armies Played
There's no official rules here for what counts and what doesn't. I would say it should be something where the event is publicized in advance (preferably on Heroscapers) and is open to the public to the extent that space allows.

Re: Tournament Armies Played
If it followed some sort of tournament structure, why NOT post them? A tournament implies that you're keeping score, which is to say that you're not just screwing around. And if you got to play 5 opponents in a day, that's about average-- your results aren't statistically less significant than others. Bring it on, I'd like to see your results...

Re: Tournament Armies Played
Agreed.
This thread wasn't really supposed to be about the results, but more so the builds; the armies that people choose to play for the type of events they played in. And I am way behind on the updates. Last edited by R˙chean : February 8th, 2012 at 02:07 AM. Reason: i still blame DrL |

Re: Tournament Armies Played
Updated my post with the following:
Heroes B Ware '11 (470 pts) Kurrok the Elementalist Fire Elemental x 10 4 - 0 I was able to scrimp and borrow enough Fire Elementals to pull together a true firestorm. Definitely the strongest army I've taken to a tournament and it went 4-0, though most of my games were down to the wire. Beat Knights, 10th/Romans, Death Chasers, and Minions. TOTAL RECORD: 31-26 |

Re: Tournament Armies Played
4-1 at the Gamefest today with -
Spiders x 4 - 160 Wyvern - 260 Sujoah - 445 My one loss was to 2 PKs against a 3 life Wyvern and a 3 life Sujoah....Yeah I'm still not sure myself... Beat Charos / GSW twice, 10th / Kaemon, Q9 / Wyrmlings. Close wins against one Charos / GSW and Kaemon / 10th. Close loss against PK / Drake. Poison stinging 4 extra wounds on Charos with Sujoah was awesome. Venom stinging Drake and Charos with the Wyvern was awesome as well. Entangling web worked about 6 times throughout the day...not bad at all. That's what really pulled me through the 10th / KA game.
